This Award is recognition for the “hard yards” put in by our team from 2014 onwards to transform conveyancing from paper-based to electronic.
First Class Legal was the first legal firm in Melbourne to lodge a Transfer electronically, the first Victorian firm to facilitate an end to end electronic conveyance (ie from s32 to settlement) and the first legal or conveyancing firm in Australia to lodge 1,000 Transfers. We are now well over 3,000!
Our team has had to cope with an enormous amount of change in the last few years. They have done it smiling (mostly!).
